News has broken that original actors Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are returning to their iconic characters in the newest chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The film is currently in production.

Lawrence and Hutcherson are slated to play Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the roles they originated. It is believed their appearance will likely occur in a flash-forward sequence, considering the main film series concluded with their characters married and with children.
